PulseMix Radio – Weekly Bonus Ball Draw Rules

These rules set out how the PulseMix Radio CIC Weekly Bonus Ball Draw operates. The draw is run as a Small Society Lottery, registered with Durham County Council (Registration No. LOTSP0247) and conducted in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and Gambling Commission guidance.

🎟    1. Entry & Ticket Price

  • Each entry costs £ per number.
  • All tickets must be the same price, and payment must be received before entry is confirmed.
  • A maximum of 2 numbers per person may be purchased each week.
  • Entries are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

💳 2. How to Pay

Payment must be made by Bank Transfer:

Your chosen number(s) will be confirmed only once payment has been received.

🔢 3. Number Allocation

  • Numbers are allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
  • Each number can only be sold once per draw.
  • A full list of allocated numbers will be published on the website and station social media as and when numbers are allocated.

🎰 4. How the Winner Is Determined

  • The winning number is the Bonus Ball from the National Lottery Lotto draw on Saturday each week.
  • The person holding the matching number wins the prize.

💷 5. Prize

  • The weekly prize is £100.
  • Prizes are paid by bank transfer to the winner.

🔁 6. Rollovers

  • If the winning Bonus Ball corresponds to a number not sold, the prize rolls over to the following week.
  • Rollovers continue until a sold number wins.
  • Rollovers will never exceed the £25,000 maximum prize limit permitted under Small Society Lottery rules.

📅 7. Draw Schedule

  • The draw takes place every Saturday, using the official National Lottery Bonus Ball result.
  • Results will be published on PulseMix Radio’s social media and website.

📝 8. Compliance & Governance

  • At least 20% of proceeds support PulseMix Radio CIC’s community activities, training, and outreach.
  • Total ticket sales will not exceed £20,000 per draw or £250,000 per year, in line with the Gambling Act 2005.
  • A statutory lottery return will be submitted to Durham County Council within 3 months of each draw, as required.

🚫 9. Eligibility Restrictions

  • 18+ only. Proof of age may be requested.
  • PulseMix Radio management, presenters, and anyone involved in running or administering the draw are not permitted to enter.
