Listeners were treated to an unexpected dose of chaos and cuteness this week as the PulseMix Radio mascots decided it was time to “inspect” every presenter on the schedule. Armed with oversized headphones and an attitude that suggested they were now management, the furry duo trotted from studio to studio, poking their noses into live shows and offering very enthusiastic — if slightly slobbery — feedback.
Breakfast presenters reported being stared at intensely during song intros, while the mid‑morning team found themselves sharing their mic with a mascot who insisted on contributing heavy breathing to the conversation. By the afternoon show, the pair had settled comfortably behind the desk, clearly convinced they were running the place.
Despite the mild disruption, presenters agreed the mascots brought a welcome boost of joy to the station. And judging by the wagging tails, the mascots seemed pretty pleased with everyone’s performance — though they’ve hinted they may return for “further training sessions.”
PulseMix may never be the same again.
