Bishop Auckland will come together next month as Tindale Sports & Social Club hosts its Celebration of Remembrance on Saturday, 7 November, in support of the East Durham Veterans Trust. The evening aims to honour local veterans while raising funds for ongoing support services.
Entertainment will feature performances from Hive, Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Brand, and The Tindale All Stars, alongside a lineup of community favourites including bingo, Play Your Cards Right, a raffle, and the crowd‑pleasing “What’s in the Box.”
Admission is £5 on the door, with organisers encouraging early arrival as the event is expected to draw strong local interest. The club says the night will blend reflection with celebration, offering residents a chance to pay tribute while enjoying a lively programme of activities.
